During the entire brewing process, the various ingredients go through several steps, such as malting, cooking, fermenting and storing. This process results in the final brewage, which is beer that must be bottled as well. Furthermore, the beer must be regularly cooled throughout the entire brewing process so that bacteria do not get a chance. The cooling of this brewage can be done quickly or slowly, depending on the intended fermentation. The used machines give off heat as well, which must be removed.
That is why good and reliable cooling is crucial so that the correct temperature and a proper ventilation are always present. This applies to both the storage of the beer and to the entire brewing process.
