Growth brings opportunities, but also challenges. A fruit and vegetable wholesaler near Bergen noticed this when its 4,000 m³ warehouse had to stay at 6°C throughout the year. The rolling door that opened and closed all day added to the challenge. Not a simple job, but fortunately Delta-Temp offers customized solutions.
Our project manager visited the site and accurately mapped the cooling needs. The result? A customized combination of our powerful DT150 chiller and the AHU175 air handling unit. With an air flow rate of 20,000 m³/h, the latter provided more than enough power to keep the warehouse at a constant 6°C.
To complete the installation, we also provided a buffer tank, water hoses and power cables. Everything was delivered and installed to perfection by our experienced refrigeration technicians. And because we like to go the extra mile, our project manager visited us again the day after installation. This way we could personally confirm that everything was running perfectly and that the customer was completely satisfied.
