When making innovative materials, such as polycarbonate, temperatures often run high. This calls for a smart and robust cooling solution. Fortunately, Delta-Temp has the perfect solution: an energy-efficient mix of freecooling and chiller technology, perfectly tailored to the dynamics of the chemical industry.
Delta-Temp came up with a smart, modular refrigeration solution that responds perfectly to variable production needs. The setup consists of a 300 kW mobile chiller, a 200 kW airhandler, a buffer tank and a generator. Thanks to this modular approach, the system can be easily scaled up to a total cooling capacity of 1 MW - ideal in case production skyrockets or temperatures take a turn for the worse.

By using dock water instead of potable water and by employing freecooling, Delta-Temp provides an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution. And as icing on the cake: the customer can monitor the installation remotely with a remote control, so they can always respond quickly if the temperature or production changes.
